Please note that items purchased from Obliphica.com must be returned to Obliphica.com and cannot be returned to an authorized retailer or salon.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject returns that do not meet our return requirements or violate Obliphica's Terms and Conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number — Contact our customer service team at support@obliphica.com or 1-855-330-5530 during business hours (8 am–5 pm CST, Monday–Friday) to request your RA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number. Once approved, you will receive your RA number along with detailed return instructions.
Pack Your Items — Securely pack your item(s) in their original, sealed packaging. Include your original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package. Please note that opened, partial, or repackaged products are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
Label Your Package — Clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the package. Packages received without a valid RA number clearly marked on the outside will not be credited and will be destroyed.
Ship Your Return — Send your return with delivery confirmation and tracking to the address listed at the bottom of this page. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Receive Your Refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7–10 business days. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

- Photos of the damaged or defective product

No Refunds Will Be Given For
Please review the following carefully before initiating a return. Refunds will not be issued for:Incorrect lot numbers — Products returned with lot numbers other than those originally received from Obliphica Professional.
Opened or repackaged products — Opened, partial, or repackaged products, or products not in their original sealed containers, due to health and hygiene reasons.
Missing or unauthorized RA number — Packages that arrive at our distribution center without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the outside, or merchandise sent without prior authorization. These items will not be credited and will be destroyed.
Defaced products — Products defaced with stickers, price marks, knife cuts, or other markings.
Improperly shipped returns — Merchandise damaged due to improper return shipping, storage, handling, fire, flood, heat, cold, water, smoke, or other catastrophic events.
Unlawfully obtained products — Products purchased or obtained in violation of any federal, state, or local law or regulation.
Freight costs — Unless the return is the result of our error.
Credit card convenience fees — These are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Purchases from Unauthorized Retailers
If you purchase Obliphica Professional products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems you may encounter.
