What does my warranty cover?
Manufacturer defects, electrical malfunctions, heating element failure, and structural component failure for up to 12 months following purchase. Must have complete product registration to qualify for the warranty.
What is not covered?
Damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or tools purchased from unauthorized retailers.
How long is the warranty?
12 months from the date of purchase.
How do I know if my retailer is authorized?
Purchase from Obliphica.com or an authorized distributor. Contact us at support@obliphica.com, if unsure.
How long does a claim take?
Our team reviews claims within 2–3 business days. Replacement or repair timelines vary by case.
